Carpenters Regeneration Project
Newham Council and its development company Populo Living are committed to restoring the Carpenters Estate to a place that reflects the aspirations of its residents and the wider local community.
This is the start of a new way of working on the Carpenters Estate, where we commit to informing you about what is happening and provide you with lots of opportunities to get involved. We will ensure residents have influence over the future of the neighbourhood.
Populo has appointed a design team to work with residents to develop a preferred masterplan. This team includes Proctor Matthews and Metropolitan Workshop, who have worked with residents before. Populo has also appointed make:good to lead engagement with residents and to hold regular drop in events and design workshops.
