Each project will incur a charge which you can also view on the website.
The cost recovery tables (Tables A, B, C) will cover the acceptance of the application, any necessary consultations, site inspections and issuing of final certificate.
Any project with a value exceeding £100k (build cost) or 10 or more units will be individually determined and a project officer assigned for the duration.
