Trade parking permits

If you are a resident or business and a tradesperson is carrying out work at your property, you can apply for a trade parking permit which will allow them to park in the resident parking zone in which your property is located.

If you are a trades person/contractor you can apply directly for a trade permit but you must provide written proof from the property resident/owner/landlord or business that works are being carried out in their behalf.

Trade Permit applications need to be authorised so when making an application on a week day please allow 2 full working days between the date of application and the date that the permit is required for. When making an application on a Saturday or Sunday please allow at least 3 working days for the permit to be approved.

It is solely the responsibility of the permit applicant to ensure that the vehicle for which they are applying for a trade permit does not exceed these dimensions. If any vehicle is found to be in breach of these dimensions the permit which has been applied for will be invalid and subject to cancellation which will mean that the vehicle can be enforced against.
