Manage your claim online
You can register to view your Council Tax Reduction details on-line. Which will allow you to see your award details and how it was calculated.
You can also register to view your letters and an email notification when new letters are ready for you to view.
Please note: you can only access your claim online if your Council Tax Reduction claim is currently in payment.
Manage your claim and view your letter
To keep your data secure you will need the following information to hand to access the portal. Your
- Surname (Make sure you use the same name and spelling you used when submitting your claim)
- Date of birth
- National insurance number
- Postcode
- Claim reference (your reference is a7 digit number that starts with a 7)
You can also register for an email notification to be sent to you when new letters are ready for you to view. In addition to the information above we will also need your first name and an email address to send the notification
