The lawful basis for processing your data
The lawful basis we use to process your data as set out in UK data protection legislation are:
- Article 6 (1) (a) Consent: you will have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for this purpose
- Article 6 (1) (e) Public task: the processing is necessary for us to perform a task in the public interest or for our official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.
- Article 9 (2) (g) Reasons of substantial public interest (with a basis in law)
- Article 10 Processing of personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences, or related security measures based on Article 6 (1) shall be carried out only under the control of official authority - in this case to deliver services to supported families - providing for appropriate safeguards for the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
