Renewals
We will automatically send you a reminder letter and special treatment renewal form (PDF) about six weeks before your current licence expires.
If you wish to renew your application, you should fill in the renewal form. You can tell us about any changes on the form.
You must renew before your current application expires otherwise you will have to make a new application.
Make changes to your licence
You must apply to update your licence if you want to make any changes.

These can include:
- Changing the layout of the premises
- Adding or removing a condition (excluding changing the number of therapists or removing permitted special treatments)
- Adding one or more special treatments to the licence.
Fees
The fees to vary a licence for 2025 are as follows:
- £585 for massage variation
- £585 for laser variation
- £295 for other treatment variations
- £55 to change the number of therapists or remove permitted special treatments.
