Replacement Bin Charging
Any replacement bins requested by residents will need to be paid for. Any bins lost or damaged by our waste and street collection teams will be replaced free of charge. Collection teams will report this to the Waste Admin Team, and the swap will be made automatically. Residents will need to leave the bin accessible to ensure that a swap can be made.
Where a bin has been stolen or burnt, if the theft/vandalisation has been reported to the police and a CAD number obtained, then a replacement will also be free of charge. This report can be made on the Metropolitan Police website. Get a crime reference number | Metropolitan Police
