Resident parking zone (RPZ) map
The resident parking zone map allows you to search an address to view which resident parking zone it falls in.
You can then view the parking restrictions for that specific zone.
Before you leave your car parked, please check the parking signs on the road, to ensure that there is no change in the status of the parking bay.

Resident parking zone hours on event days
When events are held at the Olympic Stadium we operate an event parking zone to restrict parking for visitors. This is to help local residents and businesses park in Stratford and West Ham. Find out more about event parking zones on our event day parking page.
Frequently asked questions
I have a resident parking permit, where can I park in Newham?
Your resident parking permit is only valid for use in your resident parking zone and enables you to park in a bay that’s designated for permit holders only or for shared use. This is a bay that be used by both permit holders and motorists purchasing a pay and display ticket or paying for parking by phone, where this facility is available.
The controlled parking restrictions and times of operation will clearly be stated on signs within the zone. Please ensure you check these before you park. Please also make sure that you are not parked in a specific bay i.e. car club bay, doctors bay, disabled bay, or on single/double yellow lines.
I don’t have a resident parking permit, where can I park in Newham?
If you do not have a permit, parking is available throughout the borough in our car parks and on-street pay and display bays.
