Project Description:
Lifelong Newham resident Sabba Khan has created 12 drawings based on interviews with the local East Ham community. ‘I Love it Here’ celebrates the energy of Newham’s population, which is one of the youngest and most ethnically diverse in the country. Sabba’s work tells the story of what it means to live in East Ham, shoulder to shoulder with one another, and encourages us to see ourselves and our neighbours in a different way.
