Dog exclusion areas

What does this order mean?

You must not take your dog onto or into any exclusion areas. These areas have signs, saying: No dogs allowed or Dog exclusion area.

Where does the order apply?

All these outdoor public areas in Newham:

  • Children's play areas
  • All fenced sports areas, including tennis courts
  • Games areas
  • Garden areas in the following parks
  • Stratford Park
  • West Ham Lane
  • Central Park
  • Bartle Avenue
  • Plashet Park
  • Plashet Grove
  • The sunken garden at Thames Barrier Park
  • The bandstand and garden area in West Ham Park
  • Portway.
