Today (22 August 2022) we’re launching our 2022 Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) survey to gather information on the services provided by local pharmacies/chemists.
If you’re a Newham resident, or caring for one, we want your thoughts on pharmacy services in the borough, what you think works well and what you think could be improved.
Your responses will be used to develop future pharmacy services and inform how they are accessed. We want to hear from the full range of Newham residents to identify and address any barriers to accessing services and make improvements to existing services.
We would be grateful if you would answer some questions about your own experience and views – the survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
The information you provide in the questionnaire is confidential and none of your personal information will be shared or published.
The survey is open from Monday 22 August until midday Monday 26 September 2022. You can complete the survey on the Newham Co-Create platform, or you can request a paper copy by emailing yebeenysabelle.boo@newham.gov.uk or by calling 020 3373 6246. Copies translated into some community languages are available.
