These events aim to equip residents with practical tools, advice and opportunities to connect while contributing to a greener and more sustainable Newham.

Stay Warm Fuel Poverty Awareness Day - Wednesday 27 November
Support and advice to lower the cost of your energy bills.
9am-1pm at East Ham Library, 328 Barking Rd, E6 2RT 2pm-5pm at Custom House Library, Prince Regent Lane, E16 3JJ
Repair Café and Clothes Swap - Wednesday 27 November, 4pm - 7pm
Fix your clothes, your bike and recycle your electrical items. Swap your clean, unwanted clothes for a new wardrobe!
University of East London, Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability, University Way, E16 2RB
IZ Open Day for Retrofit Demonstrator - Friday 29 November, 9.45am - 3pm
Visit a local retrofit installer to see how insulation, heat pumps and other energy saving measures could work in your home or business.

Cycle Sisters Group Ride - Sunday 1 December, 9.15am - 12pm
