The London Borough of Newham (LBN) is offering a unique opportunity to lease both or one of two prime spaces in the heart of Stratford’s vibrant Cultural Quarter: Unit 2, Gerry Raffles Square and the former Stratford East Picturehouse building. Together, these properties offer an exciting chance to create dynamic, community-focused spaces to contribute to one of London’s most cultural and diverse areas. LBN is seeking two culture-led and visionary operators to work with the Council to transform these key locations into thriving creative hubs that serve both the local community and Stratford’s growing population.
