Find out if you qualify
You will need to be a member of the Newham Landlord Accreditation Association and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS).
Your property must be licenced under our private rented property licensing scheme.
You will also need to provide a copy of your:
- Gas safety certificate
- Electrical safety certificate
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST).
Your AST must be for a minimum of 12 months at the local housing allowance (LHA) rate.
