Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction Review form (Word)
The completed form must be emailed to benefits@newham.gov.uk by clicking FILE – SHARE – EMAIL – click on Send as Attachment.
Put your full housing benefits reference number starting 70 as shown on the letter sent to you and Full Case Review in your email subject box.
You are required to send the following with the form:
- ID for yourself and any partner
- Proof of income for your and any partner for example payslips, pensions slips, self-employed accounts for 23/24
- Bank statement and proof of savings for you and any partner/
- Current proof of rent if a private or housing association tenant
- Proof of income or student status for all residents over 18 years living in your household
The review may take 10 to 30 minutes to complete so please make sure you have adequate time available to complete this as the entire review must be completed.
If the form is not completed within a month your claim may be stopped.
