The Old town hall Car park is locked from 8pm Monday to Sunday, it is then reopened at 6am the following day. Vehicles left in the facility after 8pm will not be able to exit until the following day. A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) maybe issued if vehicles are left in the car park during its hours of closure.
