We will be dealing with emergencies only on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December 2024 and on Wednesday 1 January 2025.
On Friday 27 December, Monday 30 December and Tuesday 31 December 2024, a limited service will operate between 09.00am and 5.00pm.
Emergency out of hours call support, web services and self-serve will be available throughout the entire period.
Normal services will resume on Thursday 2 January 2025.
