Carbon Offset Fund
Newham’s Carbon Offset Fund will capture s106 funds to deliver projects that offer tangible carbon savings in line with both GLA guidelines and the principles of our Just Transition Plan. The spend strategy identifies three key threads of work in this area to ensure that projects represent a wide spectrum of works, with the view to building replicable case studies and models to pave the way for further investment in decarbonisation.
