Where do I find my PIN (personal identification number)?

We use PIN codes to keep your My Newham account details safe.

What accounts need a PIN code?

You will have a different code for each of the following types of accounts:

  • Council Tax
  • Housing rent
  • Leasehold account

The codes appear on letters and statements that you will have received from us.

We do not send your PIN codes to you by telephone or email. You will only find the PIN codes on the documents we send to the postal address associated with each account.
