This review is required to check that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. The review covers all information relevant to your housing benefit claim.
If any of the information is not correct you will be able to amend it within this review.
To access the online form using the link in the letter or email, you will be asked to provide:
- Your last name
- National insurance number
- Date of birth
- Postcode
- Benefit claim number
- Your access key (provided on the email or invite letter issued to you).
You are required to upload the following with the online form:
- ID for yourself and any partner
- Proof of income for your and any partner for example payslips, pensions slips, self-employed accounts etc.
- Bank statement and proof of savings for you and any partner
- Current proof of rent if a private or housing association tenant
- Proof of income for all residents over 18 years living in your household.
The review may take 10 to 30 minutes to complete so please make sure you have adequate time available to complete this as the entire review must be completed.
If the form is not completed within a month your claim may be stopped.
