We've made our website easier to use and there are now lots of things you can do for yourself online. You may not need to contact us, but if you do, that's fine. We're happy to help. Contact details can be found on our contact details and open hours page.
Do it online
My Newham
You can report a problem, request a service or make a payment through our website at a time that suits you through your My Newham account.
For some online services you will be asked to login to My Newham.
- Registration is easy and takes minutes – all you need to get started is an email address. As well as access to a range of services, My Newham keeps a track of the enquiries you have made – and their progress.
- You can also check balances and statements, find out when applications will be dealt with and log in without having to re-enter your reference number each time.

Support with services and using our website
If you need support to apply for a council service through our website then please:
- Seek assistance from a friend or family members, or
- Visit any one of our 10 libraries, where you can use a computer and scanner for free. Staff will be on hand to provide you with some assistance.
