If you are aged 50 or over you can get Information and advice on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9am-1pm. Drop in or arrange an appointment by telephoning 020 8503 4800. You can also arrange for a home visit from an adviser.
If you are aged 60 or over, you can get advice on your eligibility for benefit and help with completing claim forms from adviser with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You should phone Age UK Newham on 020 8503 4800 to make an appointment.

The Pension Service
If you are of state pension age, you can get advice on your eligibility for benefit and help with completing claim forms from the Pension Service’s telephone service on 0800 731 7898 or 0800 731 0469
Civil Legal Advice
For people who are on a low income such as benefits and want to appeal a social security tribunal's decision. Online personal advice and telephone advice. To check whether you are eligible and to ask for online advice visit the Civil Legal Advice page on .Gov.uk.

Royal Association for the Deaf (RAD)
